Note: You should have a valid account and active package to do this operation.

1. Login to client portal.

2. Go to "My Services" under the menu "Portal Home > Client Area > My Products & Services", and you should find your active package.

3. Click an icon on your product listing.

4. On the product details view, you will find the username and password for your hosting portal.

5. Click on the "Login to Hosting Portal" link.

If you want to reset your hosting portal login account, just type your new password and click Update. Use strong password with 8 character minimum and combination of uppercase, lowercase, number and special character until password strength show green color.
